Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery, and governance of secure IT infrastructure and data environments
• Own and evolve compliance processes to meet regulatory standards across data protection and security frameworks
• Champion data quality, integrity, and lifecycle management across all systems
• Work with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with organisational goals
• Identify and mitigate cyber risks while promoting a culture of security awareness

Required Experience

• Proven track record in IT Management with an emphasis on Security/Cyber and Data generally.
• Strong grasp of compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials)
• Expertise in system design and secure data lifecycle management
• Demonstrable experience working in or with purpose-led organisations
• Ability to communicate complex technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
