Junior PowerBI Developer

Join a reputable business, with the financial support of a FTSE listed organisation, in their established, growing Data team as a Junior PowerBI Developer where you will support in designing and developing new data models and dashboards within the Microsoft Fabric stack.

Our client is a leading IT solutions provider who are going through exciting and promising times, and this Junior PowerBI/Fabric Developer role will allow you to become a contributor to future business changes, initially aiding in the migration from Qlikview to PowerBI.

Areas of experience you will bring into the Junior PowerBI Developer role will include:

• Data infrastructure and migration
• PowerBI deployment
• Best practice implementation
• Stakeholder engagement

The key skills required for the PowerBI/Fabric Developer role are:

• 1-3 years experience with PowerBI
• Strong degree education in computer science or similar
• Experience in deploying and managing PowerBI
• Ability to implement best practice in schema design and semantic model development
• Awareness of security and access controls, and it’s impact on design requirements
