The Opportunity

As Sales Lead, you will play a key role in driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading consultative sales conversations with organisations looking to harness the power of AI and automation.

You’ll work closely with leadership, product teams, and clients to identify opportunities, demonstrate value, and position innovative AI solutions that create measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers across commercial and not-for-profit sectors
  • Lead end-to-end consultative sales processes from prospecting through to close
  • Identify client challenges and align AI/SaaS solutions to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting using CRM platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support campaigns, demos, and proposals
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, market developments, and customer needs

About You

We’re looking for someone who combines commercial acumen with curiosity, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
