Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 + competitive benefits package

Location: Hinkley Point C (Field-based)

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm | Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Contract: Permanent

Security Clearance: Required (or willingness to apply)

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Engineer to join a growing technical services team. This is a field-based role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and supporting managed print devices across client sites within the TA region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Attending on-site technical support calls within target response times
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining colour and mono MFP devices (low, mid & high volume)
• Ensuring accurate and timely service record updates via PDA tools
• Maintaining digital documentation via cloud-based systems
• Keeping company vehicle and equipment safe, compliant, and presentable
• Submitting accurate expense records

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience repairing and maintaining managed print / MFP devices
• Confident with diagnostics and fault finding
• Basic networking capability (installing print drivers, connecting devices to networks)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A proactive “can-do” attitude
