Salary: £29,600 + competitive benefits package
Location: Birmingham
Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00am – 14:30pm
Contract: Permanent
Security Clearance: Required (or willingness to obtain)

We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Configuration Supervisor to join a fast-paced IT services environment. This role will see you leading a team of engineers responsible for the configuration and deployment of IT hardware to a range of customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising a team of engineers within a configuration / build environment
- Ensuring all devices are configured to agreed standards and customer requirements
- Managing workflow to meet SLA and KPI targets
- Troubleshooting and resolving production or process issues
- Liaising with technical, scheduling, and warehouse teams
- Monitoring performance and conducting regular team reviews (PDRs)
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Maintaining accurate build and lifecycle system data
- Ensuring adherence to ISO standards and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the configuration centre
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supervising or leading teams in an IT environment
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
- Familiarity with Windows / Android / iOS environments
- Experience working to KPIs and SLAs
- Understanding of ISO processes and procedures
