Principal Consultant - Network & Transformation

This is a senior, customer-facing role where you will act as technical design authority , lead delivery teams, and work closely with stakeholders to define and execute enterprise-scale transformation strategies.
As Principal Consultant, you will:
- Lead technical project teams, providing direction, delegation and ownership of deliverables
- Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and take ownership of technical risk and issue mitigation
- Work with customers and delivery teams to define transformation strategies, roadmaps and solutions
- Act as the technical design authority across solution design and implementation
- Manage senior customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, building trust and demonstrating value
- Translate business requirements and goals into technical solutions and outcomes
- Lead large-scale network migration and transformation initiatives
- Own and facilitate customer and delivery workshops, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes
- Produce high-quality enterprise-level design documentation (RTA, HLD, LLD)
- Deliver clear, persuasive presentations and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge of OSS networks and xkybehq services
- Proven experience as a Network Architect with a focus on enterprise network design
- Expert-level experience in network security
- Strong experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Strong understanding of load balancers and firewalls
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong consulting and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and gain consensus
