Resources Manager (Hampshire)

Resource Manager | £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus | Hybrid | MSP

We’re working with a rapidly growing technology provider delivering secure, connected digital infrastructure to enterprise clients. They’re looking for a Resource Manager to join their Project Management Office and take ownership of resource scheduling and Agile delivery across high-priority projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in resource planning, coordination, or Scrum to step into a key delivery role within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day scheduling and resource allocation across multiple projects
• Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Track and report on resource utilisation, forecasts, and project progress
• Reassign and reallocate resources to meet delivery objectives
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to understand pipeline and capacity needs
• Provide project coordination support on large-scale initiatives

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in resource management, project planning, or as a Scrum Master
• Solid understanding of Agile principles and delivery methodologies
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
