Are you a driven and skilled Network Engineer looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead technically, and continuously innovate? We're looking for a Senior Network Engineer to play a key role in supporting and evolving mission-critical network infrastructure.

You'll be responsible for ensuring network performance, troubleshooting and resolving faults, and delivering first-class service while working closely with customers and a wider technical team. You will also contribute to the design and implementation of network solutions and improvements.

What you'll be doing

Owning and managing customer tickets, ensuring SLA adherence and clear communication

Monitoring, supporting and enhancing multi-vendor network environments

Designing and implementing network solutions and project activities

Administering physical and virtual network infrastructure

Installing and upgrading software/firmware and developing scripts to streamline processes

Safeguarding environments with proactive security and vulnerability checks

Following and supporting change control workflows

Maintaining accurate technical and asset documentation

What you'll bring

Subject matter expertise in networking

Strong understanding of network topology and IT infrastructure

Multi-vendor experience (e.g. Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper)

Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset

Ability to mentor others and lead technically

Troubleshooting-first attitude with resilience and ownership

Innovation and a continuous improvement approach

Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP) or willingness to obtain them
