Solutions Architect | £70,000 - £80,000 + Commission & Bonus | Hybrid | MSP
We are currently working with a Cisco Gold Partner MSP who are looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between client business challenges and innovative technology solutions - partnering closely with Account Managers to shape strategies, design architectures, and unlock customer potential.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with sales to uncover, shape, and progress opportunities across key enterprise accounts.
- Lead client engagements — from discovery and whiteboarding to tailored proposals and executive presentations.
- Design high-level architectures and solution blueprints across key technology pillars: Hybrid Cloud, Modern Networking, Datacenter, and Cybersecurity.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and client success.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and partners, staying ahead of market and technology trends.
What You Bring:
- Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales, or senior engineering within enterprise IT or solution provider environments.
- Hands-on delivery experience — from design to implementation — with deep expertise in at least one of the core pillars (Cloud, Networking, Datacenter, or Security).
- Proven ability to engage enterprise stakeholders (Director/VP level), shape opportunities, and influence business outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills — translating complex tech into clear business value.
- Commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and supporting sales growth.
- Collaborative mindset and confidence to work across teams, vendors, and clients.
