Solutions Architect £70,000 - £80,000 + Commission & Bonus Hybrid MSP

We are currently working with a Cisco Gold Partner MSP who are looking for a Solutions Architect to join their team. In this role, you'll act as the bridge between client business challenges and innovative technology solutions - partnering closely with Account Managers to shape strategies, design architectures, and unlock customer potential.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with sales to uncover, shape, and progress opportunities across key enterprise accounts.
• Lead client engagements - from discovery and whiteboarding to tailored proposals and executive presentations.
• Design high-level architectures and solution blueprints across key technology pillars: Hybrid Cloud, Modern Networking, Datacenter, and Cybersecurity.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation and client success.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and partners, staying ahead of market and technology trends.

What You Bring:

• Experience in solutions architecture, technical sales, or senior engineering within enterprise IT or solution provider environments.
• Hands-on delivery experience - from design to implementation - with deep expertise in at least one of the core pillars (Cloud, Networking, Datacenter, or Security).
• Proven ability to engage enterprise stakeholders (Director/VP level), shape opportunities, and influence business outcomes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills - translating complex tech into clear business value.
• Commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and supporting sales growth.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence to work across teams, vendors, and clients.
