Senior Storage Engineer (Pure Storage Focus)
Data Centre Environment | Enterprise Infrastructure | Storage Migrations

We're seeking a highly experienced Storage Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across Pure Storage, SAN, NAS, and enterprise backup platforms.

This role will lead complex storage refresh and migration initiatives within a live production data centre environment, operating under structured change control processes. You'll work closely with compute and network teams to deliver resilient, high-performing storage solutions that support business-critical systems.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' enterprise storage experience

• Strong hands-on expertise with Pure Storage Flash arrays

• Proven delivery of storage migrations and refresh projects end-to-end

• Solid understanding of Fibre Channel SAN, backup platforms (NetBackup, Networker, Avamar, Rubrik), and DR/resilience design

• Experience working within structured change management frameworks

Desirable:

• Experience in regulated environments

• Relevant vendor certifications (Pure Storage, Dell EMC, NetApp, Brocade)
