My client is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the development and optimisation of their global HR system. This is a key role for someone who thrives on being the lynchpin between technology and people; translating technical detail into clear, usable solutions and helping the organisation get the very best from its systems and data.
You’ll lead a small HR systems and data team, guide continuous improvements across Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Benefits, shape the HR tech and AI roadmap, and ensure strong governance and user experience. The firm is looking for someone who is experienced in Oracle, tech savvy and has a proactive, curious approach. You will be a great communicator, and confident operating in a highly visible position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enhancements and optimisation of Oracle HCM
- Improve processes, integrations and user experience
- Own governance, testing and change control
- Turn data into meaningful insights and stories that guide decision‐making
- Partner closely with stakeholders and vendors
- Lead, coach and develop a small systems and data team
