HRIS & Data Manager
I am very excited to recruit for a global HRIS & Data Manager based in the heart of London. This is a permanent role working for an outstanding business, where you will take ownership of the organisation's people technology landscape. You’ll be the driving force behind SAP SuccessFactors system optimisation, data integrity, and the delivery of meaningful insights that fuel strategic decisions across the organisation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that blends technical expertise with stakeholder collaboration. This role is responsible for two direct reports in the HRIS and HR analytics space.
Key responsibilities:
- Ownership of the global SuccessFactors platform across multiple modules.
- Champion the evolution of our HR platforms, ensuring they’re fit for purpose today and scalable for tomorrow
- Lead system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting with precision and foresight
- Collaborate with external tech partners to deliver seamless solutions and continuous improvement
- Safeguard data quality and security across all platforms
- Build and deliver robust reporting frameworks that empower leadership with actionable intelligence
- Translate complex data into clear narratives that support people's strategy and performance
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in all reporting outputs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored system and data solutions
- Provide training and support to users, enhancing adoption and confidence
- Map data flows across systems and functions, ensuring alignment and efficiency
- Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation across HR operations
- Lead initiatives to refine data collection and reporting methodologies
- Monitor vendor performance and negotiate contracts to secure optimal outcomes
- Stay ahead of regulatory requirements and ensure systems meet all necessary standards
- Keep pace with emerging technologies and trends in the HR tech space
- Spearhead system implementation and enhancement projects from concept to completion
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources with agility and precision
The role offers a competitive package of up to £90,000 p.a. on a permanent basis. You will benefit from an agile and hybrid working model and be given autonomy.
