A high‐growth technology company is looking for a proactive, commercially minded HR Advisor to join their dynamic People team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives as a trusted partner to the business, coaching leaders and shaping an exceptional employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide pragmatic guidance on performance, development and day‐to‐day people matters.
• Act as an approachable, credible HR contact across commercial teams, supporting an inclusive and engaging employee experience.
• Coach and challenge leaders to strengthen capability, drive high performance and champion company culture.
• Manage employee relations cases and organisational change with fairness and integrity.
• Support delivery of the People strategy and turn priorities into practical actions.
• Collaborate with specialist teams (Reward, People Experience, Development) on people solutions.
• Use people data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Support key people processes (performance, calibration, reward, engagement).
• Maintain headcount oversight to support workforce planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and champion new technologies, including AI.

About You

• Proven HR/People Advisor experience ideally in a commercial environment
• Strong employee relations expertise with sound judgment and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence, coach and build trust quickly.
• Adaptable, resilient and confident navigating ambiguity and busy workloads.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law.
• Tech‐savvy, ideally with Workday experience and interest in emerging technologies.
• A collaborative, positive team player with a passion for delivering a great employee experience.
