Freestyle TS Limited is a growing technology services provider specialising in IT infrastructure, managed services, and technology resale. We are seeking a commercially driven and experienced Sales Director to lead and scale our MSP and IT reselling sales operations. We are an Employee Ownership Trust company (EOT)
Role Overview
The Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and leading the sales function across Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings and IT hardware/software reselling.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong experience in MSP environments, vendor/channel partnerships, and high-value B2B solution sales.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with company growth targets
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Define KPIs, revenue targets, and performance frameworks
- Identify new market opportunities and verticals
Revenue & Business Development
- Drive new business acquisition across MSP contracts and IT resale
- Grow recurring revenue streams (Managed Services, Support Contracts, Cloud)
- Develop enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Own large and complex deal negotiations
Vendor & Channel Management
- Manage and grow relationships with key vendors (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, etc.)
- Maximise vendor rebates, incentives, and partner programmes
- Work closely with distribution partners
Client Engagement
- Operate at C-level with clients
- Lead strategic proposals, bids, and contract negotiations
- Ensure strong client retention and upsell strategy
Operational Collaboration
- Work closely with technical and service delivery teams
- Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation
- Align commercial promises with operational capability
Required Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years in senior sales leadership
- Proven track record within an MSP and/or IT reseller environment
- Demonstrable experience selling:
- Managed Services
- IT Infrastructure (Servers, Networking, Endpoints)
- Cloud Solutions (M365, Azure, etc.)
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Strong knowledge of vendor channel models and distribution networks
- Experience building and managing a sales team
- Track record of achieving multi-million-pound revenue targets
