Cargowise Assistant

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a CargoWise Assistant for a well established Freight Forwarder based in the Heathrow area.

Daily duties:-

• Provide 1st line support for all user CargoWise issues that arise

• Assist in CargoWise IT projects including company system implementations

• Utilise 2nd line escalation when required

• Support of problems with various Microsoft applications

• Basic level network infrastructure support

• Some IT supplier related activities e.g., Procurement

Required Experience:-

• Cargo Wise experience essential

• Previous experience minimum 3 years

• Successful assistance of projects within previous role
