Salary: OTE £80,000 per annum (uncapped)

Basic Salary: £40,000–£50,000 per annum, depending on experience + bonus + benefits

The role:

This is a key business development role focused on driving growth across the French market. You will be responsible for generating new business while managing and expanding existing client relationships. The role suits a confident, customer-focused sales professional with experience selling complex B2B software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities and achieve sales targets across software and associated services
  • Build, manage, and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility
  • Develop and execute account strategies to support long-term growth and increased product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen market presence and share customer insights to inform product development
  • Proactively manage your pipeline and maintain accurate records of customer activity within the CRM system
  • Take initiative, contribute ideas, and actively support the company's growth strategy in the French territory

The candidate:

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent French (spoken and written) to a high professional standard
  • Proven experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally within a software or IT solutions environment
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Technically competent, with the ability to learn new products quickly
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel to France on a monthly basis

Desirable:

  • Experience selling to the public sector, including responding to tender documents

Salary & Benefits

  • OTE: £80,000 per annum (uncapped)
