The company: A leading technology specialist with international offices, who provide support to global organisations

Main duties: To provide support to Project managers with scheduling and utilisation of resources.

The Role:
- To support the Project Managers with administrative duties
- To liaise with Field colleagues and assist with scheduling engineer visits and resources
- To respond to customer enquiries efficiently and adjust scheduling accordingly based on customer cancellations or changes
- To maintain multiple projects simultaneously and ensure all are progressing as expected
- To prepare plans and schedules for each project and report on project profitability to key stakeholders
- To be the main point of contact for clients and colleagues

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken) – Essential
- Experience in business to business, administrative role - Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate and good Excel skills

The Salary: circa 30000€ per annum
