Technology Change & Communications Lead
Join our forward-thinking Technology division as a Technology Change & Communications Lead, where you'll lead strategic communications and change enablement across a portfolio of impactful IT projects.

What you'll do:
- Develop and deliver communication strategies for major IT initiatives.
- Lead change enablement to support adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging with project milestones.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, briefings, and feedback loops.
- Monitor adoption and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in IT communications, change management, or project delivery.
- Strong storytelling skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
