We are exclusively working with a leading global organisation in SaaS space to hire a Technical Success Manager (TSM). This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, international business supporting enterprise (B2B) clients with innovative technology solutions.

As the Technical Success Manager/Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for:

Technical support, IT services, or customer-facing technology.

You will act as a key technical partner to customers, supporting onboarding, integrations, and ongoing success, while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

As the Technical Success Manager you will have the following experience:

Customer Onboarding & Technical Support

  • Technical onboarding and implementation experience
  • Technical support, IT services, or similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
  • Experience supporting business applications or end users
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Customer-focused mindset
