What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll lead and deliver full-funnel growth marketing strategies designed to generate high-quality leads and boost customer retention. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who loves experimenting, digging into data, and making informed decisions.
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to increase acquisition and conversion
- Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms to scale campaigns efficiently
- Own and optimise marketing funnels, from awareness to onboarding and beyond
- Create performance-driven content (emails, landing pages, blogs, social campaigns) tailored to B2B buyers
- Analyse campaign data to measure ROI, test hypotheses, and refine strategies
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing activity with business goals
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, bringing fresh ideas to every campaign
- 2+ years’ B2B marketing experience - ideally in SaaS, digital services, or tech
- Proven track record in lead generation and conversion optimisation
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms
- Confident using multi-channel campaigns: SEO, PPC, email, and content
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar
- Strong analytical skills - you’re comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Commercially minded, strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Ability to create and edit short-form video content for social and email
- Familiarity with WordPress or Dotdigital
- You’ve only worked in B2C marketing or social media influencer-style campaigns
- You’re not confident using AI tools, data platforms, or automation systems
- You’re looking for a junior or purely creative/content-only role
