Business and Change Test Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a Business Change & Test Analyst to support the successful delivery of business, process, and technology change initiatives. This role combines business analysis, project support, and testing responsibilities, working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are effectively defined, tested, and implemented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Support the delivery of change and transformation projects.
  • Create and execute test plans, test scripts, and UAT activities.
  • Track defects and coordinate retesting activities.
  • Produce process maps, project documentation, and status updates.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements sessions.
  • Support change implementation, communications, and business readiness activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across business processes and systems.

About You

  • Experience in Business Analysis, Business Change, Project Support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce clear and accurate business documentation.
  • Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
