New Business Manager - Loyalty programmes
I’m currently working with a fast-growing, award-winning digital loyalty business looking to hire an experienced New Business Manager to join their UK team.
This is new business development, office-based role focused on driving new revenue growth within the Customer Engagement & Loyalty space. You’ll be selling data-driven SaaS solutions into enterprise-level clients and working closely with the leadership team to help shape the UK growth strategy.
The Role
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting to close
- Sell SaaS solutions to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deliver demos (primarily via video) and present tailored proposals
- Attend regular networking events and industry conferences throughout the UK
- Manage CRM data and report on KPIs (demos, quotes, revenue closed)
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to convert and onboard new clients
About You
- Proven experience introducing SaaS into enterprise/strategic accounts
- Strong new business focus with a proven revenue track record
- Commercially astute with the ability to understand complex, data-led solutions
- Confident presenting at senior level
- Strong objection handling and closing skills
- Self-motivated, curious, and action-oriented
A full UK driving licence is required, with flexibility to travel nationally when needed.
