The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst provides expert knowledge creating business reporting, measuring success, and embedding performance metrics to evaluate efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: Demonstrable experience (3+ years) in data analysis and business intelligence, with a proven track record of delivering complex analytical projects to deadlines.Expert proficiency in BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView), strong SQL skills, and familiarity with database management, data warehousing, and ETL processes.Ability to analyse complex data, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights through clear communication.Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement. Strong business acumen, understanding of performance management, and ability to shape strategic initiatives. Preferred: Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis will be considered a plus.
