- Completion of the Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals, including declarative configuration and the Lightning Experience UI
- Familiarity with Salesforce admin tools (custom objects, validation rules, flows)
- Exposure to Agile development workflows and tools
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- A passion for learning and growing within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Basic experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or SOQL/SOSL
- Completion of Platform Developer I Certification
- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps or Salesforce CLI
- Exposure to API integration using REST/SOAP
- Marketing Cloud development knowledge: Email Content Creation, Journey design, Automation
- 3 years of experience in salesforce development
- Mentorship from experienced Salesforce engineers
- Hands-on experience with real-world projects involving Agentforce and Data Cloud
