360 Senior Recruitment Consultant - IT

We are supporting one of our clients in hiring an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their growing IT division.

This opportunity is designed for a proven biller who understands that successful recruitment starts with strong business development. You will be responsible for generating new business, building strategic client relationships, developing your market and delivering long-term revenue growth.

This is a true 360 role where business development, client acquisition and commercial performance sit at the heart of success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development through proactive cold calling and outbound sales activity
  • Build and develop long-term client partnerships within the IT sector
  • Generate leads, secure meetings and convert opportunities into active accounts
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Grow and maximise existing client relationships
  • Build a profitable and sustainable recruitment desk
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • Proven 360 recruitment experience within the IT sector
  • Demonstrable track record of winning and growing client accounts
  • Strong business development and consultative sales capability
  • Excellent cold calling and objection handling skills
  • Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, hiring managers and C-level decision-makers
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven billing history

IT Market Knowledge Required

Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the technology recruitment market and have experience recruiting across one or more of the following areas:

  • Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • Cyber Security
  • Software Development
  • Data & Analytics
  • AI & Emerging Technologies
  • IT Support & Service Management
  • Digital Transformation
  • ERP & Enterprise Systems

You should be comfortable discussing technical requirements, understanding market trends and acting as a trusted recruitment partner to both clients and candidates.
