Sisense Business Intelligence Developer – Milton Keynes or Basingstoke HybridAre you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Business Intelligence Developer to join a forward-thinking team supporting both internal and external stakeholders with impactful BI solutions.What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reports using Sisense and MS SQL Server.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce unified datasets for deep analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance with GDPR and secure handling of sensitive information.
• Monitor and optimise BI systems to ensure performance, scalability and reliability.
• Contribute to strategic planning through trend analysis, forecasting and performance insights.
• Deliver training and support to BI tool users to improve adoption and data literacy across the business.
• Work within an Agile delivery framework, continuously seeking ways to enhance BI platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Sisense and SQL Server.
• Solid background in data modelling, dashboard/report design and working with large and complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and handling PII.
• Comfortable working with multiple data sources and logically segregated data.
• A collaborative mindset with experience engaging both internal teams and external clients.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, analytical approach.
• Qualification in Computer Science, Data Science or another STEM discipline.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in recruitment or pre-employment screening.
• Exposure to CR.net, Volti4 or similar platforms.
• A passion for attending BI/data events and staying current with BI trends.
