Technical Customer Support Coordinator – 18 Month FTC
Location: Milton Keynes (Office Based)
Salary: £35,500 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week (09:00 – 17:30 with 1-hour lunch break)
Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with strong technical administration experience? We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy service team on an 18-month fixed term contract. The Role
As a Technical Customer Support Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely and professional support for technical and product-related enquiries. You will:
- Handle inbound customer calls and mailbox enquiries.
- Log and manage instrument faults accurately within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Schedule engineer call-outs, preventative maintenance visits, and corrective actions.
- Work closely with field engineers to meet customer needs.
- Collate data and generate reports for account managers.
- Liaise with partner suppliers to organise equipment maintenance and ensure service KPIs are met.
- Escalate customer issues where necessary and monitor supplier performance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a customer service or scheduling environment (minimum 2 years).
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skilled in working towards KPI targets and reporting on service delivery.
- An excellent communicator, confident in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.
Desirable
- Experience working within managed service contracts.
- Previous involvement in KPI reporting and escalation management.
