Technical Customer Support Coordinator – 18 Month FTC

Location: Milton Keynes (Office Based)

Salary: £35,500 per annum

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week (09:00 – 17:30 with 1-hour lunch break)

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with strong technical administration experience? We are looking for a Technical Customer Support Coordinator to join a busy service team on an 18-month fixed term contract. The Role

As a Technical Customer Support Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely and professional support for technical and product-related enquiries. You will:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and mailbox enquiries.
  • Log and manage instrument faults accurately within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Schedule engineer call-outs, preventative maintenance visits, and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with field engineers to meet customer needs.
  • Collate data and generate reports for account managers.
  • Liaise with partner suppliers to organise equipment maintenance and ensure service KPIs are met.
  • Escalate customer issues where necessary and monitor supplier performance.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in a customer service or scheduling environment (minimum 2 years).
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in working towards KPI targets and reporting on service delivery.
  • An excellent communicator, confident in dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment.

Desirable

  • Experience working within managed service contracts.
  • Previous involvement in KPI reporting and escalation management.
