About the Role

Fruition is seeking an experienced Process Improvement & Lean Specialist a transformation & technology team during an exciting period of growth and expansion. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in shaping how our this organisation operates.

In this role, you'll help define, improve, and document end-to-end business processes, bringing structure, clarity, and scalability to how work gets done. Working in a Private Equity-backed environment, you'll thrive in a fast-paced setting with a clear focus on transformation, operational discipline, and value creation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to capture, map, and document end-to-end processes from initial trigger through to delivery and close-out
  • Applying Lean principles and tools pragmatically to identify waste, improve flow, and drive measurable improvements
  • Developing clear, practical process artefacts including process maps (BPMN/swimlane diagrams), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and RACI matrices
  • Standardising ways of working while remaining pragmatic and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Constructively challenging existing processes and helping teams move away from "tribal knowledge"
  • Ensuring processes support contractual, commercial, and operational requirements
  • Supporting onboarding and knowledge transfer through high-quality documentation

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end process mapping and documentation
  • Practical, hands-on experience applying Lean methodologies (waste reduction, standard work, root cause analysis, continuous improvement)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across operations, commercial, finance, and delivery teams
  • Ability to balance speed and rigour in a growing business
  • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and change

Desirable:

  • Exposure to contract life cycle processes including mobilisation, delivery, variations, and close-out
  • Experience in a Private Equity-backed organisation
  • Lean or Continuous Improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or above)

Please apply to be considered.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
