What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of the product architecture and technology decisions.
• Build and maintain scalable, reliable systems across the full stack (Node.js, Next.js, MongoDB).
• Drive performance and stability as the platform scales.
• Develop internal tools and automation to support a smooth deployment pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with the founding team and product to build and ship features fast.
• Lay the groundwork for hiring and mentoring as the engineering team grows.

• Tools : Auth0, AWS S3, WebSockets
• AI & Voice : Twilio, OpenAI, ElevenLabs

• Proven experience making smart architectural choices and scaling systems effectively.
• Strong coding standards, with a focus on performance, readability, and maintainability.
• Comfortable moving fast and wearing multiple hats.
