Role: Identity and Access Management LeadDay Rate: Negotiable based on experienceInitial Contract Duration: 6 MonthsLocation: Leeds (Hybrid - you will need to be able to get to the Leeds office but there is a large degree of flexibility on frequency of days in the office)Fruition are currently recruiting for an experienced Identity and Access Management Lead for an initial 6 month contract. This role requires an experienced IAM professional who can own the IAM processes and be hands-on on two crucial IAM related projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that user access (both privileged and non-privileged) and 3 rd party access is appropriately configured and administeredWork with business users and service owners, to help define and configure appropriate role profiles for core applicationsCollaborate with other security teams, network teams, and application teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutionsAssist with the development and implementation of a comprehensive identity and access management (IAM) strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall security and business objectivesWork to identify and respond to potential risks and threats related to Identity and ensure appropriate escalation and action is takenSupport the wider Security Operations team with day-to-day activities, incident management and activities as requiredRecurring security checks related to IAM (daily, weekly and monthly checks)Conditional Access policy configuration and managementLend support to delivery teams on IAM-related topicsFrom a security engineering perspective, help drive support of Security OperationsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a dedicated identity and access management roleUnderstanding of underlying security config for AD, Azure AD and cloudGood working knowledge of Entra Conditional Access, and zero-trust security modelsGood experience of SailPoint, Azure PIM and DelineaGood working knowledge of identity governance and administration frameworksCapability to develop, implement, and be decision-maker on comprehensive IAM policies and procedures: both on-premise and in Azure cloud environmentsAbility to lead and motivate their team members towards better ways of working, efficient delivery of work items, and overall strong security postureIndustry-standard cybersecurity degree and/or certificationsFruition are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.TPBN1_UKTJ
