• Manage resource allocation and maintain visibility of performance metrics
• Navigate traditional and agile delivery environments with ease

Programme Manager Requirements

• Significant experience in delivering complex technology programmes (e.g. infrastructure, data, greenfield builds)
• Strong background in programme governance, planning, and risk management
• Track record of working with large budgets and senior stakeholders in regulated sectors
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills and stakeholder intuition
• Skilled in managing multi-disciplinary teams across concurrent project streams
• Comfortable operating in both high-level strategic contexts and hands-on detail
• Awareness of commercial dynamics and the ability to manage political landscapes
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid delivery environments
• Consultancy experience would be a bonus
