SAP MM IM Consultant
Job Description:
Excellent client looking for a SAP MM IM Consultant with solid Procurement skills. This is a 6 month day rate contract and the person will need to be able to travel to Dublin every 2nd week for this role. The rest of the contract is fully remote.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and configuration within SAP modules, particularly Inventory Management and Procurement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions
- Support end-to-end procurement and inventory processes, ensuring system efficiency and optimisation
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other business systems
- Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams where required
Experience Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working as an SAP Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management and Procurement modules
- Proven experience delivering SAP solutions in complex environments
- Experience engaging with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment with minimal supervision
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to additional SAP modules (e.g. MM, WM, or S/4HANA)
- Experience working on SAP implementations or transformation projects
- Familiarity with integration points across finance and supply chain systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Educational Requirements:
- Third-level degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline
