Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
We're supporting a major organisation undergoing a significant technology transformation and are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to help drive a number of strategic infrastructure and cloud initiatives.
Joining at a key stage of the programme, you'll take ownership of early-stage project mobilisation and discovery activities, helping define delivery scope, shape implementation plans, and establish the foundations for successful execution. You'll work closely with technical specialists, business leaders, and external partners to turn complex requirements into clear, deliverable programmes of work.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the planning and mobilisation of complex infrastructure and cloud projects.
- Defining project scope, delivery approach, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Working with technical teams and delivery partners to translate discovery outputs into actionable delivery plans.
- Creating and maintaining project roadmaps, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Providing clear updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders and programme sponsors.
- Driving decision-making, removing delivery blockers, and ensuring projects remain on track.
- Establishing effective governance, reporting, and control mechanisms across the programme.
- Supporting the transition from discovery into implementation and delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience leading enterprise-scale infrastructure, cloud, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong track record of delivering projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams.
- Experience building delivery plans and managing programmes from inception through to execution.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and delivery forecasting.
- Experience working within large, fast-paced environments undergoing significant change.
- A proactive and pragmatic approach to problem solving, with the confidence to challenge and influence where required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- Microsoft 365
- Active Directory/Microsoft Entra
- SharePoint
- Data migration and consolidation
- Cloud adoption and infrastructure modernisation
