The opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to be the second design hire in rapidly scaling health tech's team. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll help shape both the product and how design operates in a fast-growing market.
You’ll join a newly formed UK Product & Engineering function, designing for a UK-focused product squad across discovery, experimentation, and delivery. Your work will span a customer-facing app and internal tools, creating simple, evidence-led experiences.
This role is ideal for a senior designer who enjoys autonomy, close collaboration, and building in an early-stage team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Own end-to-end product design, from research and discovery through to polished UI
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to solve complex problems with elegant design
- Run user research and testing to continuously improve usability and outcomes
- Contribute to product vision, discovery, and future patient experience
- Help establish strong design practices within the UK team
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ experience as a Product Designer in product-led teams
- Strong user research skills and an evidence-based approach to design decisions
- Experience shipping impactful digital products (B2C a plus)
- Outcome-focused, systems-minded, and confident working independently
