An exciting opportunity for a iOS Tech Lead to join a fast-growing tech business at a pivotal stage in its evolution. You'll play a central role in defining the mobile strategy, leading engineering efforts across a high-impact iOS app and SDK, and shaping the future of the product and platform.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll set the standard for iOS development - from architecture and tooling through to code quality and delivery practices. You'll take ownership of key decisions, partner closely with product and design, and lead a team of engineers working across customer experiences and on-device data capture.

You'll also help evolve the technical roadmap, contribute to engineering-wide improvements, and act as a mentor and coach for other developers. It's a role that blends deep technical skill with strategic thinking, product insight, and a genuine drive to create a seamless user experience at scale.

iOS Tech Lead - Key Requirements:

• Extensive commercial experience in iOS engineering, ideally with time spent in Lead or Principal roles
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks (e.g. SwiftUI, UIKit), with a focus on clean, maintainable architecture
• Proven track record of building scalable SDKs and architecting complex mobile systems
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, performance optimisation, and secure mobile development
• Comfortable guiding technical direction and setting development standards across teams
• Experience leading engineers through mentoring, technical reviews, and collaborative delivery
• Confident working across functions with product managers, designers, and backend teams
• A product mindset and passion for improving the developer experience
• Proactive in exploring AI tools and automation to improve engineering workflows
