Telecoms Infrastructure Inspection Project Manager - Permanent

Up to 60,000 + standard company benefits - West Midlands (Full-time on site)

Key Skills / Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Task Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver maintenance projects on telecom towers and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Supplier Management:

• Liaise with and manage a network of suppliers for inspections and maintenance works.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

PMO & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting in line with PMO standards.
• Track budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

Inspection & Maintenance Oversight:

• Oversee inspection programs for tower integrity, corrosion, and safety compliance.
• Examples include:
• Concrete footing inspections
• Aircraft warning light inspections
• Tower corrosion assessments

Risk & Compliance:

• Ensure all works adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively

Essential Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of corrosion prevention, structural integrity, and aviation safety requirements.
• Experience with PMO frameworks and reporting tools.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
• Proven Project Management experience in telecoms or related infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of capital projects and maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with inspection processes for telecom towers and associated assets.
• Excellent task management, organizational, and delivery-focused mindset.
• Budget management and cost control experience.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.
