2nd Line Support Engineer (DV cleared)
Our client are looking for a DV cleared Support Engineer to join their busy team. Working on incoming tickets and providing ongoing feedback on progress offering basic 1st and 2nd line support to their environments, services and infrastructure and escalating complex issues to third line whilst also offering end user support both deskside and remote. You will ensure incident tickets are documented in the ticketing system and respond to any monitoring alerts, triage and escalate where necessary.
Tech wise you will need experience in Windows 10/11, Azure/Entra/AD and 365 administration as well as Endpoint management and powershell Scripting. You will have experience of end user device provisioning with the onboarding of new users and have experience of security concepts and the Atlassian suite of ITSM tooling. Any experience of Window server support, MacOS and group policy creation and troubleshooting would de an advantage.
This role will need you onsite 5 days a week and will be outside IR35. You must hold current DV clearance for this role.
