Asset Management RFP & Proposition Consultant

Our consultancy client are looking for an Asset Management Subject Matter Expert who combines strong industry knowledge with the ability to create compelling, differentiated RFP responses and propositions. You'll work across our Wealth & Asset Management business, partnering with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and pursuit teams to understand client needs, shape our story and turn their capabilities into clear, persuasive responses. This is a role for someone who understands what makes Asset Management clients tick, can bring structure and commercial thinking to complex opportunities, and knows how to turn a good response into a winning one. You'll also use approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows where appropriate to accelerate research, synthesis and content development, while maintaining human judgement, quality control and responsible AI guardrails.

You will lead and shape high-quality RFPs, RFIs and strategic proposals across Asset Management, creating clear, differentiated responses that position the client to win and translate complex client requirements into compelling propositions, bringing together the clients Asset Management expertise, capabilities, credentials and points of differentiation. Partner with senior stakeholders, SMEs and pursuit teams to develop win themes, challenge content and ensure every response directly addresses the client's priorities and own the quality and consistency of submissions from initial qualification through to final response, presentation and close-out, incorporating lessons learned to continuously improve future pursuits. Use approved AI and automation tools to accelerate research, analyse requirements and enhance response development, applying human-in-the-loop review, appropriate guardrails and sound judgement throughout.

You will need deep knowledge of the Asset Management industry and value chain, including front, middle and Back Office functions, with a strong understanding of the priorities, operating models and transformation challenges facing asset managers. Experience working with leading Asset Management platforms such as Aladdin, Avaloq or SimCorp would be particularly valuable. Experience within consulting, professional services or a comparable client-focused Asset Management environment, working directly with senior stakeholders on strategic and commercial opportunities and have demonstrable experience developing RFPs, RFIs, proposals and strategic client responses, with a track record of supporting successful pursuits and helping convert opportunities into client wins. Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with experience shaping compelling propositions, sales collateral, pitch materials or go-to-market content that turns complex subject matter into clear, commercially relevant messages. and have a practical and curious approach to AI-enabled ways of working, with experience using or experimenting with AI, including Generative AI, to improve proposal development, research, knowledge management and productivity while maintaining appropriate human judgement and governance.

This role will be inside IR35 and you will need to be on site as and when needed .
