DV Cleared Infrastructure Engineers

We are currently looking for a couple of DV cleared infrastructure engineers to work on an exciting project with on eo four defence clients. You will build the foundational layer of a secure, high-assurance private cloud designed with our clients private cloud principles and patterns. This role is responsible for the physical and logical installation and bring-up of the infrastructure that powers a new cloud environment. This assignment includes a 6 month build phase, followed by 2 months of data migration working with Windows Server Administration.

Working on the fabric underlay you will configure and harden Cisco Nexus Leaf/Spine architectures to support high-throughput, low-latency traffic and work on enterprise storage initialize and present NetApp storage arrays, ensuring data-at-rest encryption is strictly enforced. Working on infrastructure virtualisation to build and harden a Hyper-V cluster to host core services (AD/DNS/PKI) and VMware VCF Integration, assisting in the enablement and integration of a VMware private cloud environment. Covering hardware security you will initialise and manage HSM/KMS appliances, leading the "Key Ceremonies" required for a high-assurance environment and on the p hysical build, e xecute professional rack-and-stack and secure cabling in accordance with high-physical-security standards (eg SCIDA).

Tech wise you will need hands-on expertise with Cisco Nexus (or equivalent) and NetApp ONTAP (or equivalent) and of deploying Hyper-V in a high-availability, high-security configuration. Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (eg VCF 5+) and familiarity with hardware-based cryptographic systems (HSM/KMS) with experience with Windows Server 2022/2025.

These roles will need you to be on site 4 days a week and have current DV clearance. These roles will be outside IR35.
