Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Our consultancy client is currently looking for an experienced Oracle HCM functional consultant/BA to work on a major people and culture transformation programme for a client of theirs in financial services. You will provide business analysis and support to the existing HR Ops and reporting data teams and will need significant system experience to help provide the business understanding of the Oracle HCM system and its capabilities.

They are developing enhanced functionality in oracle HCM to support a range of new HR processes with the next phase to include the development of new functionality and capturing additional data points within Oracle to streamline recruitment, position management and job related processes. The key areas will be the analysis and solution design across 2 workstreams of Oracle automation of workflow approvals and forms and reporting and data. As well as supporting the build and implementation.

You will need at least 3 years experience of hands on experience managing organisational and people information within HR or FS and have extensive experience in the design and implementation of oracle Position Management, job architecture in Oracle and oracle recruiting cloud.

For this role you will need to be on the client site 3 days a week and the role will be inside IR35.
