Pega CDH Tester

This is a very specific requirement for someone who has experience of testing Pega CDH applications you will need hands on experience in testing next best action strategies, Real Time decisioning and adaptive analytics models to deliver a seamless and personalised customer experience. You must have worked testing Pega Customer Decision Hub applications previously and have developed and executed comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts for Pega CDH applications. You will need extensive experience with CDH architecture and its core components and be familiar with SQL queries for data validation and analysis as well as with test tools such as Jira, Zephyr and TestRail. Any Pega certifications would be a bonus as would API testing using Postman and automation frameworks and tools. For this role you will need to be in the clients office 3 days a week and will be inside IR35.
