Scrum Master

Our consultancy client are looking for Scrum master to provide cover for one of their clients in the banking sector .You will be supporting a multi squad environment as part of a major system migration programme. Working with the technology teams, product owners, operations and leadership stakeholders to enable effective delivery across all squads involved in the migration.

You will have proven experience as a Scrum master supporting Agile squads with a background in technology or operations delivery within large complex environments with a preference for experience in financial services. A strong understanding of Agile frameworks and hands on experience applying them in large scale change programs as well as the ability to manage complex dependencies and coordinate work across multiple teams. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ADO as well as a proficiency with PowerPoint, excel would be ideal. This role will be inside IR35 and will need you on site 3 days a week.
