Snowflake Platform/Data Engineers

Our consultancy client are looking for a couple of experienced Snowflake platform engineers to work on a project for one of their clients. They are looking for a senior to lead the design, automation and governance of the Snowflake infrastructure with the client enterprise data platform. Ensuring the system is secure scalable and cost effective that supports analytics, compliance and operational excellence. As well as a standard engineer to help support, develop and automate the Snowflake infrastructure for the enterprise data platform.

For these roles you will need experience in automating snowflake provisioning and life cycle using Terraform and be able to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub actions or Azure DevOps and implement monitoring, alerting, and cost optimisation strategies along with enforcing security frameworks and lead platform governance whilst developing DR strategies and reusable infrastructure templates.

You will have extensive experience in platform/cloud engineering with a deep expertise in Snowflake operations, performance tuning and security. Strong Terraform and CI/CD experience with advanced Scripting in SQL, Python or Bash.

For these roles you will need to be on site for 1-2 days a week and the roles will be inside IR35.
