Solutions Designer

What we're looking for

Join our fully remote team as a Solution Designer to design and deliver great solutions to our growing list of customers. You’ll be owning the implementation of data integrations between major back office systems for fast-growing eCommerce brands worldwide. Your main responsibility is to understand customer requirements and implement them with our development team.

Your responsibilities

● Solving complex system problems for some of the fastest-growing retailers in the world.

● Running workshops with customers to draw out their requirements from our integration platform.

● Writing high-quality, detailed specifications for customer projects.

● Producing process flows and system diagrams to document rich and/or complicated technical information in its most easily understandable form.

● Working with our pre-sales and development teams to estimate project costs.

● Working with our development team and our customers through projects to deliver the solution, including managing any required changes to the solution.

● Contributing to the continual improvement of business processes.

● Overseeing go-lives to guarantee a ‘smooth landing’ for our customers after they cut over to our platform.

● Conducting project retrospectives to extract valuable learnings from each project, which can then be fed back into your personal development, our process improvement, or other areas of our business.

● Work with your team members to plan and manage the workload across the team.

● Building close professional relationships with your customer contacts.

● Deliver against a number of company ‘OKRs’ (objectives and key results) each financial year.

Your qualifications

● Recent ecommerce integrations experience.

● Specialist knowledge of ERP (ideally Netsuite), WMS and accounting systems.

● Prior experience as a Solution Designer, Functional Consultant or Solution Designer for B2B software.

Desirable

● Demonstrable examples of where you’ve used AI to augment your role.

● Specialist knowledge of Shopify.

● Airtable experience and expertise.

● Experience working for an ecommerce business, or agency in the eCommerce sector.

● Project management experience.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
