As they enter their next exciting phase of growth, they’re looking to appoint an entry-level Account Manager to act as the key point of contact for major clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships, ensuring successful project delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow and evolve strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as their main point of contact
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients aims and ambitions, issues and challenges
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships built on trust and results
- Working collaboratively with the wider operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction related to service delivery/support services across clients.
- To develop ‘higher and wider’ client relationships across your nominated accounts.
- Flexibility and innovation to respond to customer needs, often travelling to customer sites to work with them to develop and agree solutions.
About You
- Can demonstrate a solid understanding of the role of account management in a Digital / Technology services business
- Strong understanding of digital, data and technology solutions and delivery approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of client retention and account growth
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
