Salary: £30,000 basic salary

About the Role

What makes this role different is that it's not a traditional customer support position. Our client have invested heavily in AI and technology, so you'll be working with AI-powered tools , helping customers solve problems, improving processes and learning how a modern technology business operates from the inside.

About You

You don't need previous technical support experience. We're looking for intelligent, curious individuals who enjoy problem-solving, learning new technology and helping people. The role will involve speaking with customers over the phone and full training will be provided. However the majority of customer interactions are handled via email and live chat, so strong written communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to explain solutions clearly are equally important.
