What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning and managing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Acting as one of the main point of contact for clients
  • Building long-term relationships and understanding client objectives
  • Ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and to a high standard
  • Identifying opportunities to expand and develop existing accounts
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Training & Progression

  • Structured onboarding and ongoing account management training
  • Coaching and mentoring from senior Account Managers
  • Clear progression into Account Manager and Strategic Accounts
