What You’ll Be Doing
- Building long-term relationships and understanding client objectives
- Owning and managing a portfolio of client accounts
- Acting as one of the main points of contact for clients
- Ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and to a high standard
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Training & Progression
- Structured onboarding and ongoing account management training
- Coaching and mentoring from senior Account Managers
- Clear progression into commercial positions
- 3 month Furza Sales Training Academy, 2 weeks fully paid for in Manchester
