Your Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping clients get the most value from the company’s platform while building long-term partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of client accounts
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers and supporting their success
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products or services
- Tracking account performance and upcoming renewal opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience
Training & Development
You’ll complete the Furza Sales Academy, giving you the skills and commercial knowledge needed to succeed in a modern SaaS environment. You’ll benefit from:
